APARTMENT FOR RENT AT SAINT LAURENT DU VAR

 

Saint Laurent du Var is on the French Riviera, West of Nice, close from the airport, right on the opposite bank of the Var River. Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, Monaco, and Italy are less than 1 hour drive.

The harbour, (picture) is very important, and located in front of the apartment. You will find there lots of restaurants, bars and shops. From there it is possible to sail, just for fun, or for fishing. There exists some chartered boats on which you can board for the day, and go fishing or watching dolphins and whales. (picture) IThere are also daily connexions by boat to Cannes and Saint-Tropez

There are lots of things to do: Beaches are less than 3 minutes walk from the apartment, and at the Nautic base, you can sail .
In the vicinity, there are many places to visit : Cannes, Antibes (museums, harbour, old city) Grasse (city of the perfumes) and all the back country with well known places like Saint Paul de Vence, and where you will find olive trees, and typical old villages.

The apartment (plan) has a living surface of 27 sqm plus 10 sqm for the balcony. It is South exposed, has been renovated, and sleeps 4 people
